Winning the Hound Group

Ch. Exlysta Reflects the Sky is a litter brother to Ch. Aries Monserrat and these are new pictures from his recent weekend of winning the Hound Group then Hound Group 3 the following day. Congratulations to his owner Don Vasti and his co-owner Sharon Ferraro ! Flex was handled in the Group ring by Phil Schafmayer.

It's official ! Aries Serrat is now American Champion Aries Monserrat ! Congratulations to his co-owner Marysue Altman and thanks to his handler Lynne Myer. Serrat's first litter will be announced soon !

Ch. Aries Angelica Carousel has babies !

Ch. Aries Angelica Carousel has babies ! The proud papa is Ch. Aries Lone Star and here we show you their first picture. There are three girls and five boys in some interesting colors. The clear red in this image is an apricot domino and underneath her, a brother with the pattern of a highly marked black & tan except he's red on tan. There are also reds, silvers and brindles.

FIRST TEX, NOW FLEX

I'm very pleased to congratulate his owners, Don Vasti and Sharon Ferraro on Flex's AKC championship. Flex finished his title with four majors and is shown here with Teri Tevin, his handler.Congratulations also to my co-breeder, Perry Rooks on his first homebred champion !

NEW CHAMPION ARIES LONE STAR

Tex finishes in his first few shows under Dr. John A. Reeve-Newson and Mrs Patricia Trotter with BB over special, owner-handled by his mommy, Jacquie ! He also made the cut in Hound Group- one of only seven pulled ! He's posting a little & the dark hair on his front leg doesn't help but he's a lovely puppy. Congratulations to Jacquie and co-breeder Elise Toohey (RafA). Tex will be two at the end of January '09. Click on the picture to view detail.

SECOND MAJOR FOR FLEX

Congratulations to Don Vasti and Sharon Ferraro, the owners of Flex, on his second major following quickly on the heels of his first. Perry and I are naturally very happy human grandparents. Here are some new pictures, in this one, he's being stacked by Anna Stromberg outside the ring.

FLEX'S FIRST MAJOR

Congratulations to the owners of Flex on his first major at one year of age at the prestigious Westchester show. Here is his win picture with handler Terri Tevin - the judge is Dana Cline.

Here is a picture of Aries Lone Star's litter sister, Petra, coursing. What a great shot ! Petra and Tex are from a co-bred litter with Elise Toohey whose prefix is RafA. Elise lives in San Angelo, Texas.

GRANDCHILD

I'm very proud of Aries grandbaby, Naomi, a daughter of Ch. Aries Jolie Blond who, handled by her breeder, Jarnell Carter, finished immediately after her first season in grand style at the age of fifteen months. Congratulations, Jarnell and Gary !
